We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Sales Tax
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:
- the specific state law applicable to the transaction
- if a promotion is funded by Superiorcare.pet or its supplier
- the terms of Superiorcare.pet's agreements with its suppliers.
Tax Exemption
For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.
Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

White and light-coloured dogs often experience issues with brownish fur in areas like their eyes, beards, and paws, etc. To address this, the WHITE DOGS line was created in collaboration with breeders, animal nutrition experts, and the latest research and production technologies.

The main source of protein in our feed is insects. It is a natural and high-quality source of nutrients.
Hypoallergenic
Our food has a unique and natural composition that can reduce the risk of food allergies for your pet. Insects as a source of protein are also suitable for dogs with a sensitive digestive system.
Universal kibble
Our kibble size is very versatile, measuring 13-15 mm, making it suitable for dogs of all sizes and ages: it's not too large for small breeds, yet not too small to cause choking. For larger breeds that prefer smaller kibble, this feed is perfect as it allows them to get more satiated with each meal.

Composition
Processed insect protein 35 % (dried and finely ground)*, rice, barley, potato protein, poultry fat, fish meal, peas, pea protein, sugar beet pulp, linseed, salmon oil, brewer’s yeast, dynamic micronized clinoptilolite (1 %), chicory extract, mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS), mojave yucca, yeasts (beta-glucans), marigold dried.
*Contains non-ruminant processed animal protein – shall not be fed to farmed animals except aquaculture and fur animals.
Additives/1 kg: nutritional additives: vitamin A (3a672a) – 18000 IU, vitamin D3 (3a671)* – 1500 IU, vitamin E (3a700) – 530 mg, folic acid (3a316) – 1 mg, biotin (3a880) – 0,1 mg, iron(II) sulphate monohydrate (3b103) – 50 mg, calcium iodate anhydrous (3b202) – 1,5 mg, copper(II) sulphate pentahydrate (3b405) – 5 mg, manganous sulphate monohydrate (3b503) – 20 mg, zinc sulphate monohydrate (3b605) – 115 mg, sodium selenite (3b801) – 0,1 mg, L-carnitine (3a910) – 50 mg. Technological additives: rosemary extract, tocopherol extracts from vegetable oils (1b306(i)).

Feeding instructions: provide dry feed. Make sure to keep a bowl of fresh, clean water within their reach at all times.
