We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Sales Tax
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:

Tax Exemption
For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.
Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

This shampoo is a 2nd step – function – in a three-step system: the second wash enhances the desired function.
Enriched with almond extract
Almond extract has moisturising properties, improves the barrier function of the skin, conditions and restores the hair structure. In addition, almond extract moisturises the pet's skin and has a pleasant scent.
Contains glycerine
Glycerin in the composition of the product serves as a natural moisturiser: it deeply saturates the skin and hair with moisture, can improve hair elasticity and reduce hair loss.
With honey extract
Honey extract softens and nourishes the skin, helping to prevent dryness. Honey extract gives the coat a silky shine, can reduce hair loss and improve elasticity.
For white and light-coloured coats
The shampoo is specifically designed for dogs and cats with white or light coats. It removes yellow spots carefully and without damaging skin and fur, and enhances white colour naturally. The mild, naturally formulated product works efficiently and does not irritate the pet's skin while helping to maintain the optimal pH balance of the skin.
For sensitive pets
Due to the gentle formula the shampoo is ideal for pets with sensitive skin: It is formulated without SLS, parabens, mineral oils and silicones.

Instructions for use: Dilute the shampoo with lukewarm water 1:10, wet the coat and spread the product. Massage for about 3 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
