We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Sales Tax
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:

Tax Exemption
For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.
Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

The enriched shampoo composition preserves the lipid barrier of the skin, prevents the skin from flaking, gives the coat shine and has a very pleasant scent.
Ultra Natural Care Deep Clean Shampoo is the 1st step – cleaning – in a three-step system: is performed to remove dirt, excess sebum, dust particles, grime and excess skin and coat care products.
Deep cleanses coat and skin
The product cleanses the skin and skin deeply and effectively: removes dirt, dust, dead fur hair, and other accumulated dirt. Regular cleaning of the skin and coat can help prevent allergic skin reactions or the risk of hair loss.
Enriched with sage extract
Sage extract in the shampoo controls sebum secretion and gives the coat a healthy shine. Sage also has antibacterial and soothing effects, as well as the ability to deeply cleanse the skin and coat while causing no irritation, being gentle on your pet, and has a pleasant scent.
With panthenol
The product contains panthenol. It is a form of vitamin B5 widely used as an ingredient in both skin and hair care products. It makes the coat easy to comb, soft, and gives it a healthy shine.
Contains glycerine
Glycerin in the composition of the product serves as a natural moisturiser: it deeply saturates the skin and hair with moisture, can improve hair elasticity and reduce hair loss.
For white and light-coloured coats
The shampoo is specifically designed for dogs and cats with white or light coats. It removes yellow spots carefully and without damaging skin and fur, and enhances white colour naturally. The mild, naturally formulated product works efficiently and does not irritate the pet's skin while helping to maintain the optimal pH balance of the skin.
For sensitive pets
Due to the gentle formula the shampoo is ideal for pets with sensitive skin: It is formulated without SLS, parabens, mineral oils and silicones.

Instructions for use: Dilute the shampoo with lukewarm water 1:10, wet the coat and spread the product. Massage for about 3 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
