How much does shipping cost?
For orders over $70, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, shipping fee is based on your order weight and the shipping address; calculated at check out.
When will I get my order?
In most cases, orders will arrive in 3-5business days after you place your order, depending on your location.We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
Damaged and Defective Goods Policy
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacturer's product defect. With your help, we will work to ensure a timely and satisfying solution. Depending upon the product and form of shipment, we ask that you follow the appropriate outlined procedures below.
Small packages - delivered by UPS or FedEx
The first step is for you, the customer, to perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. In case of a damage please take pictures. Notify our customer service as soon as possible. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. You may file the claim yourself, but should you need any assistance, please contact customer service. Please understand that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if we're not notified of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Sales Tax

By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:

  1. the specific state law applicable to the transaction

Tax Exemption

For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.

Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

This dietary powder supplement is composed of volcanic clinoptilolite (MicroZeoGen) and calcium carbonate. Combined into one, these substances become a high-quality natural dietary powder supplement that can help ensure the better health of your pet.

 

  • Made of all-natural materials produced by nature itself.
  • As MicroZeoGen, or clinoptilolite of volcanic origin, is one of its principal ingredients, it can be beneficial in cases of acidosis (increased acidity of the stomach) and can be used to prevent diarrhoea, eliminate toxins that have accumulated in the body and thus improve the absorption of vitamins and nutrients.
  • The supplement also contains calcium, which is a critical component in the healthy growth of strong bones and teeth, making the product essential during the developmental stage of your pet's teeth.
  • If your pet is growing too quickly (typically, only a concern for large breeds) – the supplement can help ensure the healthy development of the skeletal system.
  • Calcium is also essential for maintaining healthy nervous function and is an important component in the blood because it ensures coagulation.
  • Suitable for adult dogs and cats on a preventive basis – as a supplement for the animal's natural calcium resources. Also for highly active, sporting and ageing animals – as a supplement for maintaining bone condition – as well as for pregnant and lactating cats and dogs. 

 

Dynamic micronised clinoptilolite actively stimulates intestinal health and nutrient absorption. Captures toxins produced by bacteria in the digestive tract and stimulates mobility by lubricating the joints

Composition: clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin (1g 568) – 75%, calcium carbonate – 25%.

Recommendations for use: mix the supplement into your pet's food. Only use a clean and dry utensil to spoon the powder out of the package.

Feeding instructions: Young and adult dogs: ½ teaspoon (0.07 oz.)/22 lbs. body weight, but maximum 2 teaspoons per day. Kittens: ¼ teaspoon (0.03 oz.) a day. Adult cats: ½ teaspoon (0.07 oz.)/6.6-17.6 lbs. body weight.

Caution: Store at room temperature, maximum 77 °F. Store in a dry place and use within 6 months of opening. Keep out of reach of children. For animal consumption.
