How much does shipping cost?
For orders over $70, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, shipping fee is based on your order weight and the shipping address; calculated at check out.
When will I get my order?
In most cases, orders will arrive in 3-5business days after you place your order, depending on your location.We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
Damaged and Defective Goods Policy
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacturer's product defect. With your help, we will work to ensure a timely and satisfying solution. Depending upon the product and form of shipment, we ask that you follow the appropriate outlined procedures below.
Small packages - delivered by UPS or FedEx
The first step is for you, the customer, to perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. In case of a damage please take pictures. Notify our customer service as soon as possible. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. You may file the claim yourself, but should you need any assistance, please contact customer service. Please understand that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if we're not notified of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

All orders ship from our warehouse, in Bridgeview, IL.

We ship to the lower 48 states.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Sales Tax

By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:

  1. the specific state law applicable to the transaction
  2. if a promotion is funded by Superiorcare.pet or its supplier
  3. the terms of Superiorcare.pet's agreements with its suppliers.

Tax Exemption

For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.

Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

Massage brush "Tauro Pro Line" large breeds care


Special technology


Each bristle of the brush is inserted into the cushion using a special technology, which prevents them from sinking into the cushion and stays stably in place while combing the coat.


Massaging

The ends of the brush bristles are processed in such a way that they do not damage the pet's skin while brushing, and gently massage when in contact with it.


For large breeds

The Tauro Pro Line massage brush is designed for pets of large breeds or with a large volume of fur. Due to its special shape, you can comb even extremely dense fur.
