For orders over $70, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, shipping fee is based on your order weight and the shipping address; calculated at check out.

In most cases, orders will arrive in 3-5business days after you place your order, depending on your location.We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
How can I track my order after it ships?
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under Order History. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
Damaged and Defective Goods Policy
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacturer's product defect. With your help, we will work to ensure a timely and satisfying solution. Depending upon the product and form of shipment, we ask that you follow the appropriate outlined procedures below.
Small packages - delivered by UPS or FedEx
The first step is for you, the customer, to perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. In case of a damage please take pictures. Notify our customer service as soon as possible. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. You may file the claim yourself, but should you need any assistance, please contact customer service. Please understand that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if we're not notified of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Sales Tax

By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. Tax Exemption

For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.

Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

The unique composition includes wheat germ oil, which contains essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid, which can help strengthen hair follicles, soften hair and maintain moisture.

 

The unique composition of 6 natural and essential oils can help:

  • Evening primrose oil moisturises and nourishes the scalp to strengthen strands and soothe itching, dryness and inflammation, preventing or reducing hair loss.
  • Wheat germ oil moisturises dry hair, strengthens hair follicles and gives shine.
  • Le m ongrass essential oil reduces the appearance of dandruff.
  • Fennel essential oil prevents weakening of the coat due to lack of complete nutrition.
  • Rosehip oil improves blood circulation, strengthens hair follicles.
  • Peppermint essential oil improves blood circulation and detoxifies the skin.
