Damaged and Defective Goods Policy
Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacturer's product defect. With your help, we will work to ensure a timely and satisfying solution. Depending upon the product and form of shipment, we ask that you follow the appropriate outlined procedures below.
Small packages - delivered by UPS or FedEx
The first step is for you, the customer, to perform a detailed product inspection immediately upon delivery. In case of a damage please take pictures. Notify our customer service as soon as possible. If damages are reported within 7 days for UPS or FedEx deliveries, we can file a claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. You may file the claim yourself, but should you need any assistance, please contact customer service. Please understand that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if we're not notified of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

Tax Exemption

For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.

Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page.
